As part of its business, Omegga Accounting Office and Tax Consultancy Firm offers a comprehensive incorporation and registration service for commercial companies, including restructuring of existing companies and changes to entries in the National Court Register. We have many years of experience with the Commercial Companies Code with regard to sole proprietorships, partnerships, and all varieties of limited companies. We cooperate with auditors in preparing restructuring plans and with lawyers in supporting the process form a legal perspective.

What does the service include?

The package we offer includes three basic steps for the establishment and registration of a new company.

The first step

is to have a plan – to know the objectives, nature and scope of your business activity – so we can select the right type of company and form of taxation, and draft an operating agreement. At the beginning of such cooperation, we analyze risks and financial assumptions and offer advice on making your future company as tax-efficient as possible.

The second step

is concluding an operating agreement before a notary and then preparing and submitting the necessary forms for the formal registration of the company. We prepare and submit such documents to the Tax Office, and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). We propose cooperation with trusted and experienced notarial offices and help determine time and place for concluding the notarial act.

The third step

is the decision of the National Court Register on the registration of the new company and the assignment of a tax number (NIP) and business number (REGON), granting the company its legal personality and enabling it to conduct economic activity.

We take care of the entire business registration process, including:

  1. an informational meeting with a tax advisor and specialist in the Commercial Companies Code
    2. preparing a draft operating agreement
    3. choosing a date and signing the agreement with the participation of parties to the operating agreement at a notarial office
    4. preparation and submission of documents for registration of the company

 

Price of the service

2,000.00 PLN net (300 PLN in advance on the day of the meeting, and the remainder after each completed step of the service).

In cases where the planned share capital is higher than the minimum of 5,000.00 PLN, the price of the service offered may be higher, then subject to individual evaluation.

Additional costs

the total cost of the service does not include the court fee for the application to register the company in the National Court Register, paid by the client, as well as the tax on civil law transactions and the cost of granting a power of attorney
