Full-service accounting, conducting using commercial books, is for legal entities, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and joint-stock companies. The entities which would normally take advantage of our simplified accounting package are required to transition to commercial books when their sales turnover exceeds 1 million euro, or 2 million euro from 2017. Full-service accounting records are kept using Symphony Accounting and Finance software from Sage.

Included in the monthly service:

• we remind you about providing accounting documents within the period prescribed,
• we prepare social insurance (ZUS) declarations in the Payer system
• we remind you about social insurance (ZUS) payments
• we record documents and send emails regarding missing documents as part of the standard monthly package
• we send information on your monthly and YTD income and about the amount of taxes to be paid
• for entrepreneurs with employees, we calculate and send payroll information together with information on payroll tax

Additionally:

• we prepare changes to entries in the National Court Register (KRS)
• we prepare interim and annual financial statements
• we file social insurance (ZUS) benefit documents
• we submit applications for certificates of lack of tax arrears as well as well as payment of social insurance (ZUS) contributions
• we submit requests for payment in installments of arrears to the Tax Office or the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
• we prepare registration documents and other updates for the Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the Central Statistical Office (GUS)
• we prepare reports for the Central Statistical Office (GUS)
• we offer our customers legal, administrative, notarial, personnel, debt collection, and health and safety services at preferential rates
